The senator of the Kirov region has drafted a bill “On creation of sites and placing information on them”. The document proposes to create a state registry of website owners supervised by The Federal Service for Supervision. According to the proposed bill, registering a website host will carry a fee. A member of the Federation Council considers it necessary to charge a one-time stamp duty from every owner in the amount of one thousand rubles.
