Increased commission QIWI 5 Mar

We inform you that from March 15, 2014 due to changes in tariffs of the QIWI payment system, commission will be changed for enrollment payments via this payment system. The commission will be 3% of the amount of payment. Currently, the commission is 1% of payment amount.
