Physical server is a server installed in a server rack located in the data center. It is neither a logical server nor a dedicated resource, it is a physical server that is used by no one except you, and hence, all resources of the server are used only by you. Physical servers have one IP address or more (as long as these are IPv4 addresses), one address is provided for free, and additional addresses can be purchased separately.
Depending on the purpose, physical server can run on any operating system. The following operating systems are installed for free:

- FreeBSD 7.3
- FreeBSD 8.2
- FreeBSD 9
- Ubuntu 10.04
- Ubuntu 12.04
At extra cost (software lease according to SPLA license) the following can be installed:

Our rates for server rent include all costs related to its performance – power supply, warranty and after sales service, place in the data center, air conditioning. However, some hosting providers may indicate cost of server rent excluding power supply, and these costs can exceed cost of server rent (in Russia, power cost for businesses is 3.2 rubles/kWh, the server consumes 100 kWh per month, which amounts to 320 rubles per month).
We offer server rent at three data centers:

- TeleHouse (Frnkfurt, Germany).

They are in immediate vicinity to the world’s Internet traffic concentration points, in cities with developed power infrastructure. Power is supplied from two independent companies, in terms of internal infrastructure, these are data centers with low-carbon emissions, which makes them comply with the latest standards.
Strict access control ensures that no one gains access to your equipment.
The difference between these data centers is in the difference between requirements of local legislation. For example, in Amsterdam, adult content is allowed, which is not the case with servers located in Germany, as German local laws require personalization to such content, and there should be warning stickers about age limit in place, otherwise you are in trouble. In one word, bulletproofness of servers in Amsterdam is slightly higher than in Germany.
Basically servers are provided with a 100 Mbps unlimited port. For servers in premium network, 5 terabytes of traffic volume per month are available, which corresponds to round-the-clock load on the 100 Mbps port at 20%. Excess in this parameter (if you made a mistake with this option) will cost you 10 Euros per month for each terabyte of information. Both incoming and outgoing traffic counts. In the client area you can monitor consumed traffic volume yourself. Premium network offers full redundancy of channel capacities on all routers. To ensure high-quality and quick access to servers there are direct links to networks of Russian companies: Rostelecom, MegaFon, Transtelekom, RETN.
If you need more traffic, you can rent servers with limited or unlimited traffic on the 1 GB port, and we usually connect media servers to the 10 GB network. We can provide such servers both in Germany and in Holland.
As a LeaseWeb reseller, we provide this company’s products at prices indicated at their official website. We also have the opportunity to arrange promotions for customer acquisition. You can pay for our services with both electronic money and by bank transfer.
If you sign a contract during the promotional period, price of rent will not change for the duration of the contract.
In case of payment for three months, you get a 2.5% discount, in case of payment for 6 months, the discount will be 5%, for 12 months payment the discount will be 10%, and for 24 months the discount will be up to 20%.
The server is handed over to the user within 1 to 5 working days after payment. Promotional servers are provided in shorter time, and most time is spent on installation of the software required for your applications, and possible migration of your data.
